Building a pool is an important decision, and the selection of materials and technologies to be used must be carefully considered.
Our pools are made with modular prefabricated panels in stainless and galvanized steel or reinforced concrete.
We use Piscine Castiglione’s Myrtha® and Bluestyle® technologies to ensure design flexibility, aesthetics, durability, and lightness.
Thanks to Myrtha® and Bluestyle® technologies, we can design and build both in-ground and above-ground pools, even in special locations such as terraces and penthouse levels.
The classic reinforced concrete solution is ideal for specific cases and in contexts where construction work is already underway.
Bluestyle®
Bluestyle® is an environmentally friendly technology designed for long-lasting performance. Durable, solid, and flexible, Bluestyle® absorbs micro-movements in the ground and resists corrosion. The galvanized steel structure simplifies the pool designing and construction process, without imposing limitations on size or shape. The PVC lining provides a high degree of waterproofing. The range of finishing materials is extensive, and maintenance costs are kept to a minimum.
In Bluestyle® pools, the modular steel panels are hot-dip galvanized using the Sendzimir process, mechanically bolted together, and supported by sturdy steel buttresses. Both the panels and the buttresses are anchored to the base slab with metal expansion anchors. The use of steel makes the structure self-supporting and earthquake-resistant, allowing for millimeter-precise adjustment of the verticality and horizontal level of the pool: a particularly important aspect for overflow-edge pools.
The galvanized steel panels are lightweight and easily transportable, allowing your pool to be installed in hard-to-reach locations, on upper floors, terraces, and penthouses.
The interior of a Bluestyle® pool is waterproofed with a PVC membrane, laid and welded on site. Any perforations in the walls, overflow channels, and the pool floor are sealed using a system of flanges, counter-flanges, and gaskets, making the structure completely watertight. The membrane is specifically designed to resist UV rays and the effects of chemicals used for water treatment over time. Its antifungal treatment ensures perfect durability and hygiene.
Bluestyle® technology guarantees maximum freedom in the design and construction of your pool, both in terms of size and shape. Thanks to Bluestyle®, you can choose from various water circulation systems and customize the walls with a wide range of finishes.
The modularity of Bluestyle® technology allows for rapid installation. Thanks to minimal maintenance requirements, the long-term costs of a Bluestyle® pool are lower than those of a reinforced concrete pool with the same features.
Bluestyle® is a time-tested technology, with installations that remain beautiful and functional even after 40 years. It requires no special measures for routine maintenance, and the eventual replacement of the PVC lining is simple, quick, and cost-effective.
Myrtha®
With Myrtha® pools, the stainless steel modular panels are hot-laminated with a hard PVC layer during production. The steel makes the structure self-supporting, earthquake-resistant, and capable of absorbing micro-movements in the ground without sustaining damage. The safety of our pools is certified with a structural suitability certification in accordance with current structural calculation standards.
The lightness and modularity of stainless steel panels make Myrtha® the ideal technology for building pools in hard-to-reach locations, on upper floors, terraces, and penthouses. The modular panels also allow for expansions of existing pools.
Myrtha® technology ensures the design and construction of pools with non-standard shapes and sizes. Your pool can thus reflect your desires and imagination, also thanks to our wide range of accessories and finishes.
The modularity of Bluestyle® technology enables fast installation. With reduced maintenance requirements, the long-term costs of a Bluestyle® pool are lower than those of a reinforced concrete pool with the same specifications.
Myrtha® is an environmentally friendly technology, offering the highest durability on the pool market. It requires no special measures for routine maintenance, and the PVC lining can be replaced easily, quickly, and cost-effectively.
Reinforced concrete
We analyze your project and recommend the ideal solution for its realization. If your project is considered unique, the best technological choice may be reinforced concrete. This solution allows complete freedom in selecting the type of interior finish (PVC, ceramic tiles, glass mosaic) while achieving high-quality results. Reinforced concrete is also the preferred choice for those already working with a construction company on renovations or other building projects.
